In response to the recent tragedy in Vancouver, we know that many in our community are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or unsettled — and understandably so.
A group of trained hypnotherapists have come together to offer up to 3 free online emotional support sessions to anyone impacted by this heartbreaking event.
These sessions are meant to provide a safe space where you can:

Feel supported — even if just for a little while

We are here to offer care, understanding, and real support.
What Type of Support Is Available?
When you register, you can choose one of two options:
🔹 Free Support Session: Receive up to three free sessions focused on helping you feel more grounded, safe, and calm.
(Examples: breathing exercises, guided relaxation, grounding techniques.)
🔹 Paid Therapeutic Session: For those who feel that deeper work is needed — to address underlying emotional wounds, past trauma, or longer-term healing.
(Pricing is flexible and we will do our best to match you with a practitioner within your budget.)
How It Works
