I offer a complimentary consultation for people who are considering working with me and want to explore whether this approach and this relationship feel right.

This is a no-pressure conversation.

There’s no upsell, no obligation, and no assumption that we’ll move forward.

The purpose of this time is clarity, on both sides.

Before booking, I encourage you to explore this page and the rest of my site to get a feel for how I work and whether my approach resonates with you.

 

What Happens During the Consultation?

We meet. We talk. We get a sense of one another.

Effective hypnotherapy is built on rapport, trust, and mutual comfort.

You need to feel safe, understood, and confident in the person guiding you.

And just as importantly, I need to feel that I’m the right practitioner for you and that your goals are a good fit for my work.

Because of this, a consultation is exactly that: a conversation.
It’s an opportunity for us to explore your goals, your history, and what you’re hoping to change, while also getting a sense of how we connect.

A consultation does not guarantee that we’ll work together, and that’s intentional.

When the fit is right, the work flows more easily and produces better results.

If I feel that another practitioner would serve you better, I’m happy to offer a referral.

 

A Thoughtful, In-Depth Intake

This is not a sales call. It’s a grounded, focused discussion.

During our conversation, I will ask about:

  • What you’re currently experiencing

  • When your symptoms or patterns began

  • What was happening in your life around that time

  • What you believe may be contributing to the issue

  • What you’ve already tried

I listen closely not just to what you say, but how you say it.

Language, patterns, beliefs, and motivation all matter when determining whether hypnotherapy

and my style of work are appropriate for you.

This helps me understand how your subconscious may be working and whether I’m well positioned to support meaningful change.

 

Who I’m Best Suited to Work With

I’m selective about who I take on as clients, not because the work is exclusive, but because it’s personal and requires genuine collaboration.

I work best with people who are:

  • Ready to take responsibility for their inner work

  • Open to self-reflection and insight

  • Willing to explore root causes, not just symptoms

  • Interested in meaningful change rather than quick fixes

  • Respectful of the process and the relationship

  • Aware that personal growth is not instant and are willing to put in the time and effort

What You’ll Leave With

Many people leave the consultation feeling clearer, lighter, and more grounded.

Insight often emerges simply through the conversation itself, and it’s not uncommon for people to experience subtle shifts before any formal sessions begin.

If we both feel aligned, we can discuss next steps and schedule your first session.

If not, you’ll still leave with clarity and direction, and no pressure to move forward.
