I offer a free, no-pressure consultation to anyone considering working with me. There’s no upsell, no catch, and no obligation to continue. This time is for you—to explore, ask questions, and decide if this approach feels aligned.

 What Happens During the Consultation?

We meet. We talk. We connect.

Rapport is the foundation of effective hypnotherapy. You need to feel safe, seen, and supported—and I want you to feel confident that I’m the right person to guide you. That’s why I offer this time at no cost. It’s an investment in our potential success together.

If we’re not the right fit, that’s okay—I can refer you to another hypnotherapist who may be better suited to your needs.

A Deep, Thoughtful Intake

This isn’t a sales pitch. It’s a conversation rooted in care and clarity.

I’ll ask about:

  • What you're currently experiencing

  • When your symptoms began

  • What was happening in your life around that time

  • What you think might be at the root of your challenges

This gives me insight into how your subconscious may be working against your goals—and how we can begin to shift that.

I pay close attention to your language, patterns, beliefs, and motivations. All of this helps me design sessions that are personalized, effective, and meaningful to you.
