Free 5-Minute Mindfulness Meditation

Take five minutes to quiet your mind and reconnect with yourself.

Have you ever noticed how easy it is to get caught up in your own thoughts?

One worry leads to another.

Before you know it, you're thinking about something that happened yesterday, something that might happen tomorrow, or a dozen things that aren't happening at all!

Mindfulness is about learning to step back and simply observe.

In this short guided meditation, I'll invite you to notice the sounds around you, become aware of your body, and gently turn your attention inward.

You'll practice allowing thoughts to come and go without judging them, following them, or getting caught up in their stories.

And here's something important: You don't have to stop thinking to meditate.

The goal isn't to empty your mind.

It's to become more aware of what's happening in it without automatically reacting.

This is a wonderful skill to develop when you're working on your mindset, changing old patterns, or learning to align yourself with the life you want to create.

And it only takes five minutes!

Your Free Meditation

Find somewhere comfortable where you won't be disturbed for a few minutes. You can sit in a chair, on the sofa, or wherever you feel relaxed.

Then press play, close your eyes if you're comfortable doing so, and follow along.

You can return to this meditation whenever you'd like a little break from the noise in your head.

And remember, mindfulness is a practice. You don't have to be good at it. You just have to practice.

Enjoy!
