Subconscious Insight Hypnosis
Learn to Hear Your Inner Guidance
Your subconscious is communicating with you all the time.
The tricky part is that it doesn't always communicate in the way we expect.
Sometimes insight arrives while you're quiet and relaxed.
Sometimes a memory suddenly surfaces.
Sometimes it's an idea that seems to come out of nowhere, a feeling you can't quite explain, an unusually vivid dream, a new perspective, or simply a sense of knowing something.
I've seen this for years in my work with hypnosis.
When we give the subconscious something to work on, the answer doesn't necessarily arrive immediately or in a neat little sentence. It can show up during hypnosis, later that day, or even days afterward, and it can take many different forms.
This becomes especially interesting when you're working with manifestation.
One part of my own manifestation process is what I call following the ding.
You don't necessarily need to know every step between where you are and where you want to be. Sometimes what you need is the next idea, impulse, realization, opportunity, or action that moves you forward.
But first, you have to notice it.
This free guided hypnosis is designed to help you become more receptive to the ways your own subconscious may communicate with you.
Rather than trying to force an answer, you're giving your deeper mind permission to bring relevant information into your awareness in whatever way makes sense for you.
Afterward, pay attention.
Notice the thoughts that pop into your mind. The memories that surface. The dreams that linger. The ideas that won't quite leave you alone. The unexpected change in perspective. The little ding that makes you think, “Huh. Maybe I should pay attention to that.”
You don't have to go searching for anything. Just listen, then stay curious about what you notice. That's very much the spirit of the original process behind this session.
Find somewhere comfortable where you won't be disturbed, press play, and see what your subconscious has to say.
