Guided Hypnosis for Limiting Money Beliefs
You can consciously want more money and still have another part of you arguing with the idea.
Money is hard to make.
People like us don't have money.
Rich people are greedy.
You have to work yourself to death to be successful.
I'm terrible with money.
There will never be enough.
The interesting thing is that you may never have consciously decided any of those things were true.
You may simply have learned them.
Where Do Our Money Beliefs Come From?
Long before we're old enough to understand finances, we're watching and listening.
We hear adults talk about bills. We notice whether money creates tension. We hear what our families say about wealthy people. We see who is allowed to have money, what people have to do to earn it, and what happens when there isn't enough.
And children draw conclusions.
Those conclusions can become part of the subconscious information we carry forward into adulthood, even when our adult circumstances are completely different.
That matters because beliefs don't just sit quietly in the background.
They can influence what feels possible, what opportunities we notice, what risks we're willing to take, what we ask for, what we charge, how we handle money when we have it, and even how comfortable we feel imagining ourselves with more.
What Does This Have to Do With Manifestation?
If you're consciously trying to create greater financial abundance while subconsciously associating money with danger, guilt, struggle, greed, conflict, or something that simply isn't available to people like you, you've got two different conversations happening at once.
That's why identifying limiting beliefs is such an important part of my manifestation work.
It isn't enough to paste a positive affirmation over an old belief and hope the old one disappears.
Sometimes we need to ask:
Where did I learn this?
Was it ever actually true?
Is it still true now?
And is there another way of looking at it that makes more sense for the life I'm creating today?
What You'll Experience
In this hypnosis, we'll explore several common beliefs and assumptions about money.
I'll use what I call hypnotic arguments, a way of presenting information and questions that invite the subconscious to reconsider an old conclusion rather than simply telling it what it should believe instead.
You don't need to consciously wrestle with every idea.
Listen. Consider. Notice what resonates.
You may recognize beliefs you've carried for years without realizing they were there.
And you may discover that some of those beliefs no longer make much sense.
Toward the end of the session, we'll also shift attention toward gratitude and the resources, opportunities, progress, and possibilities that already exist in your life.
Not because gratitude magically creates money.
But because what we're repeatedly focused on influences what we're likely to notice. When your attention isn't completely occupied by not enough, it may become easier to recognize resources, ideas, possibilities, and opportunities that were already there.
And sometimes one of those ideas becomes a ding worth following.
Manifesting greater wealth isn't simply about thinking rich thoughts.
It's also about becoming aware of the beliefs you're carrying, deciding whether they still belong to you, and becoming more open to thinking, choosing, and acting differently.
Find somewhere comfortable where you won't be interrupted, use headphones if possible, and give yourself the full session.
