Your Subconscious Is Your Superpower
A Harmonic Whisper for a Deeper Connection
Your subconscious is involved in far more of your life than you may consciously realize.
It holds memories and learned associations.
It influences habits, emotional reactions, expectations, and many of the automatic patterns you move through every day. It's also constantly taking in information and making connections outside your immediate conscious awareness.
That's one of the reasons I focus so much of my work on developing a better relationship with the subconscious.
Why does this matter for manifestation?
Manifestation isn't just about consciously deciding what you want.
You can consciously say, I want this, while another part of you is operating from old beliefs, fears, expectations, or associations that point in a completely different direction.
And your subconscious can also be an incredible source of information.
It may bring something to your attention through an idea, memory, feeling, dream, association, unexpected realization, or what I often call a ding, that little internal nudge that makes you think, Maybe I should pay attention to this.
Learning to notice those signals can help you recognize inspired ideas and actions you might otherwise overlook.
That's why I don't think of the subconscious as something we need to overpower. I think it's something we can learn to work with.
What Are Harmonic Whispers?
Harmonic Whispers are layered voice recordings I created as another way of communicating with the subconscious.
Instead of listening to one voice delivering one message at a time, you'll hear multiple layers of hypnotic language woven together.
You aren't expected to consciously follow every sentence. In fact, that's not the point.
Your conscious mind can simply relax, listen to the sound of the voices, follow your breathing, or let your attention drift.
This particular Harmonic Whisper focuses on strengthening your relationship with your subconscious and becoming more open to the insight, ideas, intuition, memories, and inner knowing that may already be there.
There is nothing you need to make happen.
Get comfortable, use headphones if possible, press play, and simply listen.
Then pay attention to what you notice, not only during the recording, but afterward.
